Position Overview We are hiring full-time Associates to help manage the flow of vehicles throughout the yard and nearby designated locations. This role is essential to keeping our operations organized, efficient, and safe. Multiple shifts are available, and weekend availability is required. Starting Pay: A/B Shifts: $16.00 per hour Employees assigned to work C Shift, evening, night, or other non-standard shifts may be eligible for a $0.50 shift differential, in accordance with Horizon Auto Logistics’ compensation policies. This role may also offer overtime opportunities, allowing employees to increase their overall earnings. We Offer: A Full Benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K Plan Paid Holidays and Paid Vacations All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided What You’ll Do Identify and confirm vehicles requiring movement using updated work or movement lists Safely transport vehicles within the yard and to approved off-site locations when required Park vehicles following established layouts, spacing standards, and operational guidelines Maintain yard organization and promptly report any issues, irregularities, or damages Follow all safety rules, yard procedures, PPE requirements, and company protocols What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with no more than three moving violations in the last three years Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends as scheduled Comfortable working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow detailed instructions Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening Why Join Us?
