Position Overview We are hiring full-time Team Leads to coordinate daily work activities for Drivers and support efficient vehicle movement throughout the yard. The Team Lead plays a key role in ensuring safety, quality, and productivity by providing direction, monitoring execution, and acting as a bridge between frontline teams and Operations Supervisors. Multiple shifts may be available, and weekend availability is required. This position may offer overtime opportunities, depending on operational needs.
